1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Clean Wave ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Service Contracts

By engaging Clean Wave for pool maintenance or cleaning services, you agree to the specific terms outlined in your service contract. Services are provided on a scheduled basis, and any cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Clean Wave reserves the right to refuse service if the pool environment is deemed unsafe for our technicians.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed on your invoice.

4. Liability

While Clean Wave takes every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of your pool and its equipment, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from improper initial installation. We are fully insured, and in the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, claims will be handled through our insurance provider.
